 Zebra 220XiIIIPlus Thermal-Transfer
Label Printers from Weber
Zebra’s 220XiIIIPlus thermal/thermal-transfer printer combines high-speed capabilities with superior resolution to produce in-spec bar codes for large label applications.
This wide-web unit handles pressure-sensitive labels and tags up to 8.8" wide and 39.0" long. It utilizes dual 32-bit microprocessors to produce bar codes, text, and graphic images at high print speeds reaching up to 10.0" per second at 203 dpi, or 6.0" per second at 300 dpi. In addition to efficient throughput, the 220XiIIIPlus offers excellent resolution at 203 dpi.
The flexibility of the 220XiIIIPlus enables it to perform for a broad range of applications. It can print labels one at a time, in multiple strips, or produce a large batch of labels and rewind them in preparation for automatic application.
The printer has 16 MB standard RAM, enhanced by an innovative PCMCIA Memory Card Interface, which permits easy font storage and minimizes downloading time. It operates in conjunction with Weber’s exclusive Windows-based Legitronic®labeling software package, which simplifies the designing, editing and printing of labels.
In addition, the 220XiIIIPlus is available with an XML-enabled printing option, which permits direct label printing from leading ERP systems.
Weber also manufactures an extensive line of pressure-sensitive label materials for both direct-thermal and thermal-transfer printing modes. Compatible thermal-transfer ribbons also are available.
