We can print and/or encode labels for you!

If on-site labeling is not a cost-efficient alternative for your company– or you need to supplement your in-house label printing capability– we offer our exclusive Weber Service Bureau. Our in-house label printing and encoding operations enable us to produce both RFID smart labels and bar code labels for you.

It’s fast and economical, plus you eliminate the capital, labor and inventory expenses that can be associated with doing it yourself. And turnaround time is no problem. We can have your RFID or bar code labels printed and out the door in 48 to 72 hours.

RFID Smart Labels

Don’t worry about meeting the latest RFID mandates. We will make certain that you’re ready to comply with the emerging RFID supply chain requirements of major retailers and government agencies.

The Weber Service Bureau is equipped with the latest RFID smart label printer/encoders from Zebra Technologies. These units encode data on very thin, ultra-high frequency (UHF) RFID transponders embedded in pressure-sensitive smart labels and tags, then immediately verify proper encoding to ensure readability.

The systems also print text, in-spec bar codes and/or graphic on the surface of the label at a resolution of 203 dpi. Smart labels embedded with Electronic Product Code (EPC) Gen 1 and Gen 2 inlays.

Bar Code Labels

For high-volume requirements, the Weber Service Bureau employs the latest ion-deposition printing technology to produce bar code information on labels and tags as they are manufactured on our high-speed rotary presses. Large volumes of labels can be printed with sequential bar codes, variable text and color codes to meet specific needs.

Lower-volume printing projects can be completed with choice of printing techniques, including direct thermal, thermal transfer, and laser. We print bar codes of various size, density and orientation, plus all popular one- and two-dimensional symbologies.

After printing, we scan your bar code labels to ensure they meet specifications. Our quality is guaranteed, of course.
