Weber Marking Systems adds capabilities through acquisition in France. Weber Marking Systems, Inc., a leading international manufacturer and supplier of industrial labeling and coding systems, has announced the acquisition of a company that will expand Weber's presence in France. Weber recently acquired K-Roll/Etik Industrie, a manufacturer of labels and a distributor of labeling and coding equipment located in Toulouse, France. The new venture expands Weber's manufacturing operations in Europe, which already were established in Germany, United Kingdom, Ireland, Denmark and Netherlands. Managing Director of K-Roll/Etik Industrie is Gilles Nakache. "By adding a label converter and equipment distributor to our capabilities," said Brad Weber, president of Weber Marking Systems, inc., "it will make it possible to better serve our customers in Europe."
