Zebra 110XiIIIPlus Thermal-Transfer Label Printers From Weber

Weber’s 110XiIIIPlus provides high-performance, economical thermal/thermal-transfer printing on pressure-sensitive labels and on tags. Offered with either a 203-, 300-, or 600-dpi printhead, these printers compose one of the most versatile systems available today.

In addition, for companies that need a printer now but might migrate to RFID technology in the future, the 110XiIIIPlus is available in an optional RFID Ready model that can be upgraded to a multi-protocol RFID encoder that will support EPC-compatible and other standards. Read more.

Crisp text, vivid graphics, and in-spec bar codes can be printed on labels varying in size from as large as 4.5” wide to as small as 0.79”, at speeds up to 10.0” per second, depending on printhead selected. Plus, the unit can handle 24-hour duty cycles.
All this makes the 110XiIIIPlus an ideal printer for pharmaceutical, electronics, or telecommunications labeling applications where sharply detailed labels for small components or products are required.

Labels may be printed and dispensed one at a time or in multiple strips. By adding on optional features, labels may also be automatically peeled from the liner when dispensed or printed in a large batch and rewound inside the unit in preparation for automatic application.

The 110XiIIIPlus is built for speed and efficiency with a 32-bit processor, 16 MB standard RAM, and a sturdy metal casing. The systems operate in conjunction with Weber’s exclusive Legitronic® labeling software, which simplifies the designing, editing, printing and RFID encoding of labels.

In addition, the 110XiIIIPlus is available with an XML-enabled printing option, which permits direct label printing from leading ERP systems.

Weber also manufactures an extensive line of pressure-sensitive and RFID smart label materials for direct-thermal and thermal-transfer printing, as well as compatible thermal-transfer ribbons
