Label Press Operator – PM
Position Description: Experienced flexographic press operator. Mark Andy and UV experience preferred. Should be able to run up to 6 colors. Operator is responsible for adjusting and maintaining all press components. Salary based on experience. Must be able to set up and run a Flexo press up to six colors according to label production orders and press procedures. Capable of setting up print stations and setting print to meet print quality standards. Must maintain inks and plates to assure print quality and low scrap.

Export Coordinator
Position Description: The export clerk must possess knowledge and experience of general office procedures and be able to work effectively with all team members. Must see that all export orders are entered accurately and on a timely basis, and coordinate shipments using online services from FedEx and UPS. The position reports directly to the Billing Supervisor.
Requirements & Responsibilities: Must have experience with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word. This position will coordinate all export documents, including shipping and NAFTA certificates, interact with export personnel and freight forwarders. Prior knowledge of federal regulations on hazardous and non-hazardous document filings. Experience with exports and a working understanding of the AES (Automatic Export System). Responsible for export price conversions and extensions for existing customer base. Previous Oracle experience a plus.
Accounts Payable Clerk
Position Description: The accounts payables clerk must possess knowledge and experience of general office procedures and be able to work effectively with all team members. Must see that all invoices are entered accurately and on a timely basis, and coordinate the matching of source documents to process payments. The position reports directly to the Corporate Controller.
Requirements & Responsibilities: Must have experience with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word. This position will interact with external vendors to coordinate payments and ensure all invoices are entered, in addition may need to work with internal departments to ensure proper approvals are obtained in the payment process. Experience with accounts payable and a working understanding of the Oracle 11i is required.

Direct Sales Representative – Eastern US based in Greater Philadelphia
Position Description: Seeking a direct sales representative for a territory based in the central Pennsylvania/ Maryland/ Delaware area. Weber Marking Systems is a leading manufacturer and supplier of industrial labeling systems, including label printers, label printer-applicators, RFID systems, plus p-s labels and other consumables.
Requirements & Responsibilities: Our labeling systems are primarily PC-based, requiring a candidate with both hardware and software knowledge. We’re looking for a highly disciplined person with excellent interpersonal and sales skills. We offer established territories, thorough training, salary and commission, company car and expenses, plus an attractive benefits package. The ideal candidate will have a record of sales achievement, is career minded, has a college degree(preferred), has at least two years industrial sales experience, and is computer literate and proficient in Windows applications (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
