Retirement Plan
Weber's comprehensive retirement plan is composed of the following:
Deferred - The company may make annual contributions to your account
401(k) - Employees may make pre-tax contributions via payroll deduction. Various investment options are available. A portion of employee contributions will be matched by Weber.
Voluntary Supplemental - Employees may make after-tax contributions via payroll deductions.
Insurance
Health - Full-time employees are eligible for group insurance. Coverage includes hospital, surgical and major medical. Employees may choose a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) or a Point-of-Service (POS) plan.
Dental/Vision Care - Full-time employees and their dependents have the opportunity to take advantage of group plan rates for dental care and vision discounts.
Premium Only Plan - Contributions are required by employees for the Health Insurance and the Dental/Vision Care; however, they will be deducted pre-taxed.
Life - Weber provides employees with life, accidental death and dismemberment insurance. These costs are covered by the company.
Short or Long-Term Disability - Cost is covered by the company and benefits are limited to employees only.
Vacation
One Year - 2 weeks
Five Years - 3 weeks
Fifteen Years - 4 weeks
Education Assistance
After one year of service, full-time employees are eligible to participate in the Company's Education Assistance program. Eligible courses must be related to the employee's current or foreseeable work assignments or a degree in the employee's profession.

Casual Dress Code

Non-Smoking Facility
Weber maintains a smoke-free work environment.

Weber employees and their families have the opportunity to join a federally insured, full-service facility.
Direct Payroll Deposit
Employees may choose to have their payroll funds deposited directly into their accounts on payday.
Check Cashing
Weber has made arrangements with a local banking facility for check cashing services at no charge. A driver's license must be presented if not a depositer.
Recruitment
Employee referrals will be monetarily rewarded if the referral remains in our employ for 60 days.
