Alpha 86 Bottle Wrap System
Weber’s versatile Alpha 86 Bottle Wrap System provides fast and accurate positioning of full, overlap and partial-wraps of pressure-sensitive labels on cylindrical containers.
The system is capable of the superb placement accuracy of ±0.03” along with a maximum label dispense speed of 2400 inches per minute. Products are delivered to the applicator head via a six-foot-long chain conveyor, which permits lateral product transfers at both the entry and discharge ends.
In-bound products are properly staged through the use of an integrated metering wheel. During application, the label is completely peeled away from the liner and securely attached to the product through the use of a wipe-on label applicator and wrap station. Cylindrical products ranging from one inch to six inches easily can be accommodated with the system’s adjustable guide rail clamps that require no tools.
The reliability and accuracy of the unit can be attributed to its microprocessor controls, which ensure repeatable settings and allow constant monitoring. Casters enable the entire Alpha 86 Bottle Wrap System to be rolled and locked into place virtually anywhere.
For added durability, the unit boasts a sturdy painted steel and anodized aluminum housing that helps provide maintenance free operation even in demanding environments.
