 Model 3115 Pressure-Sensitive
Label Applicator
The Label-Aire® Model 3115 combines a standard high-speed application of up to 1500" (2000" optional) of pressure-sensitive label web per minute with exceptional placement accuracy of ±0.03". It is the ideal applicator for web-fed business form presses and high-speed production lines requiring large labels.
This versatile model accepts a wide variety of label sizes up to 7.13" wide and 18" long. Using the wipe-on method of application, the label is automatically peeled from its liner, and then gently and securely affixed at the same rate of speed as the product. The Model 3115 's flexibility allows products to be labeled in any orientation: top, side, or bottom.
The near-perfect accuracy of the Model 3115 can be attributed to its stepper motor technology, which is directed by a menu-driven microprocessor that also permits repeatable settings and constant monitoring.
When mounted on Weber's castered T-base, the Model 3115 is transferable from one production line to another. Its rugged, corrosion-resistant, stainless steel and anodized aluminum casing provides durability even in harsh environments.
For simultaneous label print-and-apply application, the Model 3115 can be combined with a Weber thermal/thermal-transfer printer. Weber also offers a wide variety of standard and custom-designed labels to meet virtually any labeling requirement.
